Member Duties : As RICJ’s Juvenile Justice VISTA, your primary responsibility will be to support the capacity and growth of RICJ’s juvenile justice team. You will play an important role in collecting juvenile hearing board (JHB) data, creating innovative events to bring together JHB members and the community, crafting grant proposals to add resources to JHBs, expanding RICJ’s case management program. You will also be involved in community outreach efforts to raise awareness and support of JHBs among stakeholders such as youth, parents, law enforcement, and other community leaders. Finally, you will support RICJ as a whole by helping RICJ to fundraise, recruit volunteers, and help onboard RICJ interns.
