EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time
HOURS OF WORK: Flexible scheduling. Clinic hours Mon–Thu 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Fri–Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Evening and weekend availability required.
COMPENSATION: $38–$55 USD per hour based on experience, plus additional earning potential through commission

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Injector (RN) to join our growing aesthetic team. This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is confident in cosmetic injectable treatments, values patient relationships, and is committed to delivering natural, results-driven outcomes under appropriate physician delegation and supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Proficiency & Procedures
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal fillers, as delegated by the Medical Director in accordance with Colorado Medical Board Rule 800
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation of all treatments, product lots, and patient responses
- Uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and patient care
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, symmetry, and proportion to achieve optimal outcomes
Client Consultation & Personalized Treatment Planning
- Collaborate with clients to develop realistic, individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and the Medical Director’s treatment protocols
- Obtain and document informed consent prior to treatment, including risks, benefits, and expected outcomes
- Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Educate clients on available treatment options, expected results, potential risks, and recommendations for ongoing skincare
- Manage client expectations and provide honest recommendations to foster trust and satisfaction
- Provide post-treatment support and follow-up to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction
Product & Procedure Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products used, including their indications, contraindications, and potential side effects
- Recognize and appropriately escalate adverse events or complications to the Medical Director per clinic protocol
- Promote and recommend skincare products to support client outcomes, while encouraging product sales and fostering long-term client loyalty
- Stay informed about new products, techniques, and regulatory changes impacting aesthetic practice in Colorado
Compliance & Team Collaboration
- Practice within RN scope of practice as defined by the Colorado Nurse Practice Act, performing injectables only as a delegated medical function under physician supervision
- Comply with Colorado’s medical-aesthetic disclosure requirements (HB 25-1024) regarding delegated procedures
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of excellence in both clinical practice and client service
- All other related reasonable duties and responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Colorado Board of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of injectable experience preferred
- Strong experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Completion of an accredited injectable/aesthetic training and certification program
- Experience with bio-stimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse is considered a strong asset
- Experience with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments is an asset
- Solid understanding of facial anatomy, muscular structures, and patient safety related to aesthetic procedures
- Comfortable practicing under physician delegation and supervision in accordance with Colorado Medical Board Rule 800

- Current CPR/BLS certification
