Growing food manufacturer is hiring for a full time on-site Infrastructure Engineer! The Infrastructure is a hands-on role responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of the network, server, and systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across hardware, software, and networking - and the confidence to make sound engineering decisions independently. And this is how you'll do it...
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls

Maintain and upgrade physical and virtual hardware assets

Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support and mentor junior IT staff

Coordinate with vendors and manage hardware/software procurement and lifecycle

Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategy, and business continuity efforts
Experience and Skills:-
5+ years of professional IT experience in infrastructure, networking, or systems roles

Deep expertise with network hardware: routers, switches, and firewalls (brand-agnostic)

Proficiency in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, subnetting, and network protocols

Experience with structured cabling, rack management, and data center best practices

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer infrastructure issues independently

Strong documentation and communication skills
Compensation range is $110k - $135k+ base (dependent upon experience), bonus and Benefits!
