MAPS is a growing B2B technology and managed services provider and dealership hiring B2B Sales Account Executives to drive new business growth across the Kansas City metro area.
This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.
We sell a comprehensive portfolio of Kyocera, HP, Brother, and Zebra office and warehouse technology solutions, including multifunction copiers, printers, scanners, managed print services, and RFID systems to businesses.
This is a high-activity, business sales role. You will be expected to generate your own pipeline through consistent prospecting, building relationships, and consistently close new business.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily through calls, email, networking, and referrals to generate new business
- Build and manage a pipeline sufficient to consistently
- Run discovery meetings and present tailored solutions to business clients
- Sell tangible, in-demand solutions (copiers, printers, managed print services)
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Negotiate and close deals with business decision-makers
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent outbound activity and self-generated opportunities
- High daily activity (calls, emails, outreach) to generate pipeline
- Strong pipeline discipline and follow-up
- Ability to move deals through the funnel and close business
- Ownership of results and accountability to performance metrics

Compensation & Benefits
