THRIVE ABA NY is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism in the Bronx, NY (10467).
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Work 1:1 with clients in their home and/or community setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect accurate data on client progress using our electronic data system.
- Support skill development in communication, daily living, social, and play skills.
- Follow behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors safely and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience required: At least 6 months of ABA or direct work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while following protocols.
- Must pass background check and provide 2 professional references.
Schedule & Location
- Evenings 4pm-7pm
- Client is located in Bronx, NY (10467).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
