American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a Magnet-designated, Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital, requiring at least 1 year of experience and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification.

Float position covering MRI across multiple buildings within the facility

865-bed Magnet-designated, Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital

Daily caseload varies based on coverage needs

4x10-hour day shifts, Monday–Thursday, with hours varying based on scheduling needs (e.g., 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 7:30 AM–6:00 PM)

Holiday coverage required when holidays fall on a scheduled shift

No on-call required

Charting performed in Epic

Minimum of 1 year of MRI Tech experience

Current BLS (AHA) required

ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required

Siemens MRI equipment experience required

Level 1 Trauma experience preferred

SSN and Driver's License required for consideration

License required if applicable

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates; local candidates within 60 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Previous permanent or PRN staff at any MUSC location must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before being eligible to work as a traveler

All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of consideration; approval is based on unit needs

Onboarding modules are completed prior to the assignment start date
