Role Objective
The objective of this role is to provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients seeking real change—while maintaining a stable, sustainable caseload through strong clinical judgment, reliable presence, and effective placement alignment.
This role is designed for clinicians who:

- Maintains a consistent caseload weekly

Education & Experience
- Fully licensed clinician in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT,LMSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Several years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with:
- Adults
- Parents
- Couples or relational dynamics
- Family
- Faith based
- Eating disorders
- Proven ability to maintain long-term client engagement and retention
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
Schedule & Caseload Structure
This role requires availability aligned with client demand in order to sustain a full caseload.
Schedule requirements of this role:
- Week day evenings and/or Saturdays
- Saturdays (8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Schedules are designed collaboratively and support both client access and clinician sustainability.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Hourly range: $60-$75 based on experience and demonstrated clinical capacity
