Luxury Outdoor Sales Manager
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Northern California)
Position Type: Full-Time | Sales Leadership & High-Ticket Sales
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Commissions
Expected Total Compensation (OTE): $200,000 - $250,000+ annually, with uncapped earning potential based on individual and team performance.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, elevate performance, and help scale the next phase of our success.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven sales professional who knows how to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
You will oversee a team of Luxury Design & Sales Consultants while helping drive strategy, improve conversion rates, optimize sales processes, and support the successful execution of high-value projects.
The ideal candidate understands both the art of consultative selling and the discipline of sales leadership.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop the Sales Team
- Onboard, coach, and mentor sales consultants.
- Conduct ride-alongs, sales observations, and performance coaching.
- Develop sales skills, presentation effectiveness, and closing strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive Revenue & Performance
- Monitor key sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Help consultants navigate complex, high-ticket opportunities.
- Support pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase close rates.
Optimize Sales Systems
- Oversee CRM utilization, lead management, and sales workflows.
- Ensure timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
- Maintain consistency throughout a structured, multi-step sales process.
Build Strategic Industry Relationships
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with architects, landscape designers, builders, contractors, and industry influencers.
- Support referral generation and strategic business development initiatives.
- Represent the StruXure NorCal brand within the luxury residential and commercial markets.
Who You Are
Proven Sales Leader
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in:
- Luxury home improvement
- Outdoor living products
- Construction or building products
- High-ticket consultative sales
- In-home sales environments
- Previous sales management, team leadership, or coaching experience strongly preferred.
Design & Architecturally Minded
- Comfortable discussing design concepts, architectural plans, and structural considerations.
- Experience collaborating with architects, designers, builders, or related professionals is highly desirable.
Process-Driven & Tech-Savvy
- Experienced managing complex sales cycles and multi-step sales processes.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, sales technology, and performance tracking tools.
High-Impact Communicator
- Strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to motivate teams while maintaining high standards and accountability.
