Job SummaryAre you looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can make a real difference in a child's life? Our ABA company is growing, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians! In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build critical life skills and achieve greater independence.

What You Will Do (Job Duties)
- Implement Plans: Deliver individualized behavior intervention strategies and goals designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Skill Building: Work directly with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Data Collection: Track patient progress accurately during sessions using our data collection software.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with BCBAs and families to ensure the highest quality of care and consistency.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
- Certification: RBT certification is not required to start! We welcome applicants currently in pursuit of their certification or those willing to train for it.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license to travel to client locations.
- Traits: Enthusiastic, patient, reliable, and passionate about working with children.
