We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. Duties
- Provide direct support to clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with medication administration as per prescribed guidelines.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring any changes are reported to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Engage in social work activities that promote mental well-being and social interaction.
- Observe patients closely for any changes in condition or behavior, reporting findings promptly.
- Assist clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize changes in patient condition.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed while ensuring client safety.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards clients.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on client needs.
