The estimated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

What You’ll Do
Identify and lead manufacturing process improvement projects
Analyze production issues using data and on-the-floor observations
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards
Plan and execute factory tests and experiments
Evaluate results, write reports, and drive follow-up actions
Serve as a project leader for initiatives such as:
Cost reduction
New product development
Energy optimization
Process improvements
Act as a technical leader within a production area
Drive adoption of scientific and engineering principles across the plant
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve improvement goals
Partner with operators and team leads on hands-on troubleshooting
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC tools to improve performance

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to:
Multi-task
Work independently
Manage multiple responsibilities
What will make you stand out
3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing
Experience with:
Minitab
Microsoft Access
Background in:
Lean Manufacturing
Six Sigma methodologies
Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification
Experience with:
Design of Experiments (DOE)
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Proven ability to:
Lead process improvements
Drive cost savings and efficiency gains
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
