SERVPRO of North & Southwest Oklahoma City is seeking an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Contents Supervisor to lead our Contents Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restoration or moving industry experience who enjoys leading projects, coordinating logistics, and delivering outstanding customer service.
As the Contents Supervisor, you will oversee contents pack-outs, inventory, cleaning coordination, storage, and pack-back operations while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally. You'll work both in the field and in the office using industry software and our company CRM to manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Schedule contents crews and daily project activities
- Meet with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers to explain the contents restoration process
- Prepare and sell contents restoration services
- Create inventories and document damaged contents
- Coordinate pack-outs, storage, cleaning, and pack-back operations
- Order project materials and supplies
- Manage warehouse storage and contents organization
- Utilize a contents management software platform for inventory and documentation
- Maintain accurate job documentation within the company CRM
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and production goals
- Train, mentor, and supervise Contents Technicians
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and insurance program requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Assist with after-hours emergency response when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in:
- Restoration Contents Division
- Water, Fire, or Mold Mitigation
- Professional Moving or Relocation Industry
- Warehouse or Logistics Management
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory software and CRM systems
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, tablets, mobile applications)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in residential and commercial environments
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Experience
- Contents restoration and pack-out operations
- Moving company operations
- Inventory management
- Warehouse organization
- Xactimate familiarity (preferred but not required)
- Experience with restoration software is a plus
