We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Consulting Program Manager (Delivery Lead) to be responsible for end-to-end management of the workplan, ensuring coordinated delivery across internal teams and external partners under a compressed and dependency-driven timeline. The Program Manager will oversee all workplan execution, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and formal issuance of deliverables to associated contract primes and subcontractor parties
The role ensures that all inputs, review cycles, and reporting outputs are delivered on time, fully integrated, and compliant with agreed contractual and quality standards.
- Own and manage the workplan from initiation through final report issuance.
- Issue, track, and consolidate all data requests to client and other supporting groups and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Manage the platform requirements handoff to contract primes and subcontractor parties completeness and readiness.
- Track milestone payment triggers and ensure alignment with contractual deliverables.
- Coordinate receipt and integration of inputs
- Manage review cycles, including consolidation of feedback and version control.
- Oversee report formatting, quality assurance, and final issuance of all deliverables.
- Maintain an integrated delivery tracker across all stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical consulting or life sciences project management.
- Strong background managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with external dependencies outside direct control.
- Familiarity with milestone-based professional services contracts and deliverable acceptance processes.
- Ability to manage compressed timelines with high coordination intensity and iterative review cycles.
- Strong document control, reporting, and quality assurance discipline.
