Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and meticulously document all service requirements to ensure a seamless and accurate repair process.
- Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and recommendations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our technicians, overseeing the end-to-end repair process.
- Manage service writing tasks efficiently, including invoicing, parts ordering, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by following up on vehicle status updates and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Experience in auto estimating software and service writing.
- Minimum of 2 years service writing experience.
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
