- Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas according to health regulations
- Stay current on the latest trends in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques through ongoing education and mentoring sessions
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling and cutting techniques
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Experience with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products like shampoos, conditioners
