Gail’s Vape is seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail environments, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find products that best fit their needs.
Sales Associates are responsible for delivering a welcoming in-store experience, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Educate customers on vape devices, e-liquids, accessories, and related products
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer age and follow all state and federal compliance requirements
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light merchandise
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
