Job Description
As a member of the Lynxspring Sales Support Team—a highly creative and technologically skilled group—you will play a key part in supporting the company’s sales objectives, while collaborating closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Operations Teams. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance to customers, assisting with opportunities through quoting, demonstrations, product training, and solution reviews. This role helps create an environment where customers can confidently consider Lynxspring products and services for their business needs.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of BAS programming/field experience.
- Working knowledge of equipment operations, building automation systems and controls, control applications, and integrations.
- Knowledge and experience working with controls contractors and integrators is a plus.
- Ability to read project documents to complete station development, take-off, and quotes.
- Related experience and training; should include work in the field of HVAC and BAS controls, protocols BACnet, LON & MODbus preferred.
- Niagara N4 Certification (working knowledge of ProBuilder/Workbench).
- Knowledge and experience with multiple BAS vendor product lines.
- Experience installing and upgrading control panels.
- Knowledge in field wiring and testing.
