Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Business Operations Administrator to support daily business operations in a fast-paced professional environment. This role focuses on operational coordination, administrative support, and cross-department communication to ensure efficient and well-organized business processes.

The role also requires someone who is highly proficient in core accounting activities, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and auditing support, while contributing to broader operational support.

Responsibilities:
- Support leadership with reports, scheduling, documentation, and operational tasks
- Coordinate daily business and administrative operations
- Manage and support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Review invoices, payments, and financial records for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with auditing activities, reconciliations, and documentation
- Maintain organized operational records
- Assist with billing coordination, payment tracking, and documentation
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up as needed
- Help ensure internal processes and workflows operate efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- High proficiency in accounting activities, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and auditing support
- Experience in business operations, accounting support, or office coordination
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Sage, Outlook, and standard office systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
