Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and hospitality-driven Events, Catering & Brand Manager to help grow our restaurant brand and drive revenue through private events, catering, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and exceptional guest experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of hospitality, sales, marketing, and operations. The successful candidate will help create memorable experiences for guests, develop new business opportunities, coordinate events and catering, support brand growth, and assist with front-of-house guest experience during peak service periods.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Support restaurant marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for promotions, events, and social media
- Coordinate with photographers, content creators, and marketing partners as needed
- Support influencer, community, and partnership outreach
- Assist with email marketing, guest engagement, and loyalty initiatives
- Identify opportunities to increase reservations, traffic, and brand visibility
- Help communicate the restaurant’s story, experience, and unique offerings to the community
Events & Private Dining
- Develop and manage private events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special experiences
- Respond to event inquiries and manage the process from initial contact through execution
- Prepare event proposals, packages, timelines, and client communications
- Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
- Create unique guest experiences, seasonal events, and promotional opportunities
- Build relationships with event planners, businesses, community partners, and local organizations
- Track event leads, bookings, and revenue opportunities
Catering Development & Coordination
- Develop and grow catering opportunities including corporate events, celebrations, and off-site experiences
- Generate new catering leads through community outreach, partnerships, and relationship building
- Manage catering inquiries and client communication from discovery through completion
- Assist with creating catering packages, menus, proposals, and pricing in partnership with the culinary team
- Coordinate catering logistics including guest counts, timing, setup requirements, and service expectations
- Support catering execution to ensure a premium guest experience
- Track catering opportunities, bookings, and revenue performance
Guest Experience & Host Support
- Support the host stand during weekends and high-volume service periods
- Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest communications
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Support front-of-house coordination during events and busy service periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, events, catering, marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Creative mindset with interest in hospitality, branding, and guest experiences
- Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and community partners
- Experience with restaurant events, catering sales, reservations systems, or marketing tools preferred
- English required, Spanish and or French fluency, a strong plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed

Compensation & Incentives
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
