We are a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with rehabilitation services located in Long Beach. We are currently looking for an RN Supervisor who is excited to be a part of a culture that celebrates a supportive environment!

$50-60/hour Depending on Experience
About the Position:
As the RN Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee LVN’s and CNA’s and working closely with the DON ensuring compliance and high quality care are being met.

Manages area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible.

Reviews staffing patterns and the census of nursing units and reassigns personnel, when necessary, to ensure staffing meets resident needs and budgetary controls.

Monitors the skills of new staff members and guides and observes staff that may need additional assistance with procedures.

Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned staff members, LVNs, and CNAs.

Initiates investigations of accidents and unusual occurrences and makes the necessary written report to the DON.

Keeps the DON informed about the status of residents, staff, and related matters.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

Documents interventions, observations, and resident responses to treatment.
Qualifications:

Active CA RN License in good standing

Active CPR/BLS
-
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

SNF/Long-Term Care Setting experience
