Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled production Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior new construction homes . We can train you up but you should have a keen eye for detail and care about upholding a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation tasks such as sanding, caulking, patching, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
- Apply touch-up paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray equipment), and other hand tools to correct imperfections or match existing finishes.
- Conduct visual color comparisons to ensure consistency across different areas of a project.
- Use ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas during painting and touch-up work.
- Follow all safety regulations by wearing appropriate respiratory protection, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment.
This role is very beginner friendly but attention to detail is critical.
Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
