This role will support all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training, and HR operations.

The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department for a manufacturing facility specializing in small animal products. This role is responsible for administering HR programs, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training, and employee engagement.
