Step By Step Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced dental assistant who wants to be part of a positive, organized, and team-focused pediatric dental office. We’re looking for someone who is confident, dependable, and naturally helps keep the clinical team running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for a dental assistant who enjoys working with kids, taking initiative, and being a leader in the back office.
Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
- Take digital x-rays and chart accurately
- Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Help create a calm and positive experience for kids and parents
- Support the team and keep the day running smoothly
Requirements
- Dental assisting experience required
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication with patients and parents
- Organized and able to keep up in a busy practice
- Comfortable working with children
- Pediatric dental experience
