An Ideal candidate will have:
· Proven leadership experience in Assisted Living or a similar healthcare setting
· Strong skills in human resources, regulatory compliance, finance, and operations management
· Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
· Oregon Assisted Living Administrator license (or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
· The highest standards of ethics, honesty, integrity & accuracy
· Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week on site & provide on-call support

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assisted Living Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our senior care community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care, nursing home management, and working with residents with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, and dementia. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, compassion, and the ability to manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high-quality resident care. The Assisted Living Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Duties
- Manage daily operations of the assisted living facility, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans for residents with memory care needs, dementia, Alzheimer's, and other conditions.
- Supervise staff including nursing personnel, caregivers, and support staff; provide leadership and performance evaluations.
- Ensure medication administration is conducted safely and accurately in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for resident health assessments and medical needs.
- Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments to maintain quality of life.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate communication between residents’ families and staff to promote transparency and satisfaction.
- Implement policies related to assisted living operations including safety protocols, infection control, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor financial aspects such as budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
