Cargo Van / Sprinter Van Driver (1099 Independent Contractor) – Portland, OR
Stewart Courier Services is seeking dependable and professional Cargo Van and Sprinter Van Owner-Operators for upcoming dedicated courier routes in the Portland, Oregon area.
We are currently building a team of qualified drivers for a potential contract opportunity. If awarded the contract, selected drivers will be contacted to begin the onboarding process.
Position Details:
- Location: Portland, OR
- Schedule: Day and Night Routes Available
- Openings: 3 Drivers
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Dedicated courier routes
- Competitive route pay (discussed during the interview process)
Requirements:
- Cargo Van or High-Roof Sprinter Van (required)
- Valid driver's license
- Current vehicle registration and insurance
- Smartphone with GPS
- Professional appearance and excellent communication
- Ability to safely load, transport, and deliver packages
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous courier, delivery, medical courier, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with route driving or time-sensitive deliveries is preferred.
