Uxbridge Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, dependable Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team.

Rotating Saturdays
As a Veterinary CSR, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our clients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and assisting with check-in and check-out

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to client questions

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Updating client and patient information
-
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
-
Communicating client needs and messages to the veterinary team
-
Assisting with prescription and food pickup
-
Responding to emails and completing general administrative tasks
-
Providing compassionate support to clients during both routine and difficult visits

Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area

Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

Veterinary or healthcare experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary practice management software

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Comfortable working a rotating Saturday schedule
