- Document clinical assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning details accurately following clinical documentation standards and medical terminology guidelines.
- Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions, adjusting interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations by adhering to physiotherapy protocols, medical documentation practices, and electronic health records (EHR) management standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on physiotherapy exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
- Support discharge planning processes by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions from hospital or clinic settings to home or long-term care facilities.
Experience
- Prior inpatient experience in inpatient rehabilitation facilities is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated outpatient or clinic experience in physiotherapy or orthopedics enhances your ability to deliver effective care.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for accurate clinical assessment documentation and treatment planning.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records (EHR) management is required for precise record keeping.
- Experience with manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and physiotherapy modalities is preferred.
