Position Details
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Pay: Performance-based with quick raises available for reliable, hardworking crew members

Responsibilities
- Assist with tree trimming, removal, and clean-up
- Operate or assist with equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, dump trailers and securing equipment (training will be available)
- Maintain safety and professionalism on each job site
- Communicate effectively with the team and follow instructions from supervisors
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work & job sites
- Must bring your own safety equipment (hard hat, gloves, boots, eye/ear protection, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Experience in tree service or landscaping is a plus, but not required
