Pay: $16–$19per hour (Based on Experience)
About Us:ClearView Prime Solutions is a growing cleaning and property improvement company specializing in residential and commercial cleaning, remodeling, property maintenance, and specialty services. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Project Manager to join our team and help oversee projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee residential and commercial projects.
- Schedule crews and assign daily tasks.
- Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Conduct job site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project records and reports.
- Add new projects into the system and update ongoing project timelines.
- Monitor workload capacity and help prioritize incoming projects.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of project management, construction, or operations experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software is a plus.
