US Staffing Agency is hiring for Brembo North America located in Homer, Michigan. Candidates must possess a passion for quality and safety, experience in Manufacturing environment, a strong work ethic, as well as be a contributing member of a team based organization.
Machine Operator Responsibilities Include:
- Lock Out / Tag Out
- Quality inspection
- Sustain 5S in cell / work area
- Strong ability to maintain safety
- Maintain quality data base
- Conduct production changeovers
- Perform basic maintenance troubleshooting
Paint Line Operator Duties:
- Operate and maintain production line equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Assemble products using various tools and equipment
- Perform airless paint spraying and auto painting as required
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Paint Line Operator Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Proficiency in using power tools and operating machinery
- Knowledge of crane operation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Mold Line Responsibilities:
- Operating and tending metal molding, and core making metal products.
- Mixing materials, assembling mold parts, and stacking molds.
- Working on an assembly line, and using excellent communication skills.
Finishing Line Responsibilities:
- Operating and tending metal molding, and core making metal products.
- Mixing materials, assembling mold parts, and stacking molds.
- Working on an assembly line, and using excellent communication skills.
Core Shop Responsibilities:
- Operate Core Machines
- Inspect and finish cores
- Pack parts
- Lifting/moving cores weighing approximately 5-15 pounds
Requirements for all positions:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background check & Drug Screen
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ideal candidates will have a solid work history and be able to work 12 hour shifts and some weekends.
