-OverviewJoin our team as a Kitchen team member at our new bar featuring Tapas-style shareables and Wine-based cocktails. This role combines individual and bulk food service in an elevated nighttime bar environment that is also a commissary prep kitchen. Kitchen team members prepare small plates and charcuteries to order while upholding local food-safety standards and keeping the kitchen space clean and organized. Your energy and professionalism will contribute to a dining experience that keeps guests returning time and again.
-Duties
- Work with kitchen team members to bulk prepare commissary kitchen products for use in multiple cafe locations.
- Work with kitchen team members to prepare individual orders of tapas and charcuterie boards in an elevated kitchen environment
- Maintain a clean and food-safe kitchen environment, keeping busy during downtime with appropriate task
- Collaborate with server staff and other team members to deliver exceptional guest service in a fine dining atmosphere.
- Assist with other operations roles such as putting away deliveries and washing dishes
-Qualifications
- Experience in food service or restaurant commercial kitchen settings
- Demonstrated abilities in time management and organization in various stages of food production.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Attention to detail for upholding standards in quality and preparation consistency.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
