Earnings Potential: Up to $45K–$50K annually with performance
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST

We are seeking dependable and professional Outbound Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, introduce insurance-related options, and transfer qualified individuals to licensed agents.
This position is ideal for individuals who are consistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume call environment.
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
- Clearly communicate product information and benefits
- Transfer interested individuals to licensed agents for further assistance
- Build rapport while maintaining a professional and efficient call flow
- Meet daily call and performance expectations
- Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and professionalism on the phone
- Ability to stay consistent and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and daily goals
- Must be able to pass a background check based on client requirements
- Weekly pay with uncapped earning potential
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
