Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair work. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems within the facility, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Fabricate and install components as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems accurately.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and courteously.
- Lead small teams during specific projects or repairs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to work with logic controllers.
- Familiarity with various maintenance tools and techniques, including the use of an ohmmeter.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively.
