The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting business development, customer relationships, project assessments, and estimating activities while developing the skills needed to become a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Relationships
- Build relationships with prospective customers and referral partners.
- Respond to and qualify incoming leads.
- Participate in customer consultations and job site visits.
- Develop trust with homeowners, business owners, and industry partners.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
Estimating Support
- Participate in project walkthroughs.
- Assist in documenting project conditions and customer needs.
- Support preparation of estimates and proposals.
- Assist with gathering project information and requirements.
- Coordinate information between customers and operations teams.
- Learn company estimating practices and processes.
Administrative & Process Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer and project records.
- Utilize company systems and software.
- Communicate project information clearly and professionally.
- Support continuous improvement of customer processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who wants to transition from physically demanding field work into a role where they can leverage their knowledge, problem-solving skills, and industry experience.

Compensation
Base Salary $45,000 - $55,000 + Quarterly and Annual Bonuses
Target Annual Compensation $70,000 - $90,000+ based on performance
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
