What You'll Do
- Install spray foam, fiberglass batt, and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare job sites and protect finished surfaces.
- Operate insulation equipment and use hand and power tools safely.
- Work alongside an experienced crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Represent Northland Companies with professionalism and respect at every job site.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable and on time.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, scaffolding, and in crawl spaces or attics when needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Construction or insulation experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
