Summary
We are seeking a Landscape Account Manager to join our team at Ables Landscapes. In this role, you will oversee crews while also ensuring the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the Lowcountry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee maintenance operations for residential landscaping.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards in all maintenance activities.
- Lead and train a team of maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies required for maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for efficient operations.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment is preferred.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
