CareStaff Partners is currently seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join an elementary school district in Houston, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. We have multiple openings available, including full-time, part-time, bilingual, and maternity leave coverage positions.
- Location: Houston, TX
- School Year: August 12, 2026 – May 26, 2027
- Setting: Elementary Schools
- Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) or Part-Time
- Pay: $41–$48 per hour, based on experience
- 4 Full-Time Elementary SLPs
- 1 Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Elementary SLP
- 1 Part-Time SLP (2 full days per week) serving private/home school students
- 1 SLP to provide maternity leave coverage for the entire Spring semester
- Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered depending on the position)
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
