Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $68,000 $72,000 annually
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- 1 week paid vacation after 90 days
- 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year
- Up to 1 week accrued paid sick time annually

What You'll Do
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards
- Lead and support the management team while maintaining strong floor presence
- Ensure proper management coverage and operational support across all departments
- Monitor facility maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Team Development
- Hire, train, coach, and develop managers and front-of-house leadership staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality
- Support employee retention and succession planning efforts
Guest Experience
- Champion exceptional hospitality and service standards
- Resolve escalated guest concerns and ensure effective service recovery
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where needed
- Protect and strengthen the Papa Haydn guest experience and reputation
Financial Management
- Manage labor budgets and operational cost goals
- Review sales, labor, inventory, and financial reports
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Maintain accountability for overall restaurant financial performance
Strategic Planning
- Partner with ownership on annual planning and business initiatives
- Support menu, beverage, training, and promotional programs
- Evaluate operational improvements and growth opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive restaurant management leadership experience
- Proven success managing managers and large teams
- Strong understanding of labor management, budgeting, and financial performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and operational excellence
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Current Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
