Mad About Patches is a creative small business located in Woodbridge, Virginia. We design and sell unique iron-on patches, gifts, stationery, and other products to customers nationwide, with a large focus on the Girl Scout community.
We are a small, hands-on business where quality, creativity, organization, and excellent customer service are extremely important to us.

About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, organized, detail-oriented person to help with the day-to-day operation of our office, inventory, order fulfillment, and product production. This is a part-time in person job.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of keeping the office organized and up to date, making sure we have the supplies and product inventory we need and up to date, running reports, and noticing things that could be done more efficiently.
You will also have the opportunity to help us create and produce new products using different machines and equipment. If you enjoy crafting, Cricut projects, stationery, buttons, printing, or learning how things are made, you may really enjoy this position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize product inventory.
- Run inventory reports and help identify products that are running low or need to be reordered.
- Help keep inventory counts and office information current and accurate.
- Keep the office, production areas, worktables, and supplies clean, tidy, and organized.
- Monitor office and production supplies and communicate when items need to be reordered.
- Help make sure we always have the materials needed for daily operations.
- Look for ways to improve organization, workflows, and everyday processes.
- Help troubleshoot small organizational or production challenges and suggest better ways of doing things.
- Help pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Make sure products are properly labeled, packaged, and ready for shipment.
- Assist with creating and producing new products.
- Use equipment such as Cricut machines, button makers, printers, cutting machines, and other small production equipment.
- Help produce items such as stationery, buttons, printed products, packaging materials, and other new products we introduce.
- Assist with special projects and new product ideas as the business grows.
