Data Analyst

The Opportunity
- Diligently enter/create, maintain, and archive designated master data within the span of responsibility.
- Foster automated and efficient decision making throughout the organization
- You will apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor its quality.
- Take risks and implement ideas within established parameters.
Who you are
- Possess a Medical Laboratory Medicine degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Advanced working knowledge of EP Evaluator statistical software with proficiency Microsoft Excel
- Have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of databases and data structures (tables, hierarchical structures, flat files, etc.)
- Have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions at one time
- Be efficient and have effective oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) regulatory checklists
- Familiar with chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations

Preferred
- Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist with minimum of 3 years of experience - preferred
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred
