Responsibilities:
* Responds to and organizes requests for repairs
* Develops maintenance inspection plan and does preventative work
* Maintains tools and equipment as necessary
* Scope of work includes electrical, heating and a/c, plumbing, small motors, some automotive maintenance
* Daily travel required to locations throughout Milwaukee and Madison metro areas
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Capable of lifting fifty pounds unassisted
* Ability to climb a ladder to 30 feet
* Experience with hand tools and power tools
* Valid Driver's License and good driving record
* Willingness to undergo back round check

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
