We are hiring for a Mechanical Assembler.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Assemble pieces on a manual assembly line to make non-technical products
- Inspect in process products and parts
- Pack completed products
- Run second op jobs using a drill press, punch press or milling machine
- Perform Quality Checks
- Other duties as assigned/required
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School education or GED is required
- Dexterity and good motor skills
- Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude is required
- Must be a team player
- High commitment to quality
- Must be comfortable using various hand tools, including cordless drills and electric drills
- Must be able to move 30 lbs
- 1 year experience in an assembly environment
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to withstand moderate amounts of stress
