*This is a morning & daytime position. Our hours are 7am-3pm Monday-Sunday. Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items in a timely and efficient manner following recipe guidelines
- Maintain high-level quality standards including consistency and presentation
- Maintain appropriate portion control and monitoring food levels on the line
- Clean, stock and maintain line throughout shift
- Follow & maintain all sanitation standards for food, cleanliness, and safety
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous prep cook experience required
- Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
- Capability to withstand warm temperatures and noisy environments
- Ability to lift & carry up to 40lbs
- Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing and moving about facility
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
