About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Professional Organizer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating order from chaos, and has a natural eye for both function and design.As a Professional Organizer, you’ll work directly with clients to transform homes and spaces through organization systems, decluttering, and thoughtful design solutions. No two days are the same, and the right candidate will enjoy staying active, solving problems, and collaborating with a team that values excellence and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and transform residential spaces including kitchens, pantries, closets, garages, offices, and more
- Identify organizational challenges and develop practical, customized solutions
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout every project
- Assist with product selection, space planning, and implementation of organizing systems
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently and professionally
- Pack, unpack, sort, label, and maintain organized inventory during projects
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to think proactively, take initiative, and anticipate project needs
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and performing active, hands-on work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualities
- A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and current home organization trends
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and problem areas within a space
- Experience in professional organizing, interior design, home staging, project management, or a related field
- Confidence working in a variety of homes and environments
