Common duties include answering the phone, gathering client information, making copies and entering data into scheduling or clinical systems.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation through proofreading and meticulous attention to detail
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings or events
- Assist with clerical duties including copying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Provide administrative support as needed for various departments or team members to enhance overall office productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone or in person
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and calendar management is preferred
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
