RN Supervisor – Day Shift (7 AM–3 PM) Beechwood Health & Rehabilitation Center – New London, CT
Beechwood Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the 7 AM–3 PM day shift. Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff during the day shift
Support, mentor, and guide CNAs and nurses to ensure high‑quality resident care
Conduct rounds, monitor resident status, and respond to changes in condition
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families
Maintain accurate documentation and promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and manage clinical priorities
