Position Summary
JetTech System USA Corporation is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Electrical Foreman to lead electrical construction activities for semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and industrial projects based in Phoenix, Arizona.
This position is responsible for supervising field construction crews, managing daily jobsite activities, and overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical power distribution systems, control systems, low-voltage systems, and industrial automation equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on industrial electrical construction experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel in both Mandarin and English.
Previous experience supporting TSMC or semiconductor construction projects is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Construction Management
- Lead and supervise electrical construction crews and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, and project schedules to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate field activities among multiple trades and resolve construction-related issues.
Electrical System Installation
- Supervise the installation of industrial power distribution systems, electrical panels, transformers, switchgear, motor control equipment, and related electrical systems.
- Oversee conduit installation (EMT, IMC, RMC, PVC), cable tray installation, wire pulling, and cable routing.
- Supervise wire termination, equipment installation, testing, and pre-energization inspections.
Control Systems & Industrial Automation
- Supervise the installation of PLC control panels, control cabinets, junction boxes, sensors, instrumentation, and field devices.
- Support industrial automation system installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during construction and startup.
Project Coordination
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprints.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, customers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain construction records and material tracking.
Safety & Quality
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, TSMC site requirements, and company quality standards.
- Enforce site safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in company and customer safety programs and training requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial or commercial electrical construction experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or construction team leader.
- Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Electrical Construction Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution systems, low-voltage electrical systems, and electrical construction practices.
- Experience with conduit installation (EMT, IMC, RMC, PVC), cable tray installation, wire pulling, termination, and electrical equipment installation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, one-line diagrams, and construction blueprints.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial electrical standards.
Industrial Automation
- Experience installing PLC control panels, industrial control systems, and automation equipment.
- Familiarity with control wiring, instrumentation, and low-voltage control systems.
- Experience with SCADA systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motor control systems, or industrial automation equipment is a plus.
Project & Leadership Skills
- Strong field supervision and construction management skills.
- Ability to plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and manage project resources.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting TSMC, Intel, or other semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
- Experience working in cleanrooms, high-tech manufacturing facilities, or industrial electrical construction.
- Experience with PLC control panels, industrial control systems, or automation equipment installation.
- Experience with power distribution systems, low-voltage electrical systems, and control wiring.
- Experience leading electrical crews of three (3) or more personnel.
- OSHA 10/30 Certification, Journeyman Electrician License, or other relevant electrical certifications.
