Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently handling the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and equipment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and organized stock movement, and supporting production and shipping operations. This position requires operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, while adhering to all company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents and quality.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in regular cycle counts.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents.
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
