New City Insurance is a growing company with real opportunity for advancement. We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 2 years of account management experience in employee benefits to join our Nashville team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage client service needs and respond promptly to inquiries
- Oversee the renewal process from start to finish
- Coordinate with carriers and underwriters on quotes and coverage
- Maintain accurate client records
- Assist with onboarding new accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of account management experience in employee benefits
- Must be local to the Nashville area and able to work in-office
- Willingness to travel for open enrollment meetings and client visits
Preferred
- Active Life & Health license

- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Comfortable with carrier-facing communication
- Coachable and quick to learn
- Familiarity with Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Calendar
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary commensurate with experience, targeting $80,000
