Miracle Makers Home Care is expanding our private-pay home care division throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Main Line, and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to help lead that growth.
This is a relationship-driven outside sales position focused on building referral partnerships and connecting families with dependable in-home care.
Our goal is simple: when a hospital, rehabilitation facility, senior living community, physician, elder care professional, or local family needs reliable home care, we want Miracle Makers to be the first call they make.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, care managers, and other community partners
- Generate new private-pay home care clients
- Develop and execute a structured sales and outreach strategy throughout your territory
- Conduct in-person visits with referral partners and prospective clients
- Build relationships with families searching for care for an aging parent or loved one
- Educate referral partners about Miracle Makers’ private-pay home care options
- Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and prospective families
- Attend networking events, professional meetings, senior-focused events, and community programs
- Work closely with intake, recruiting, and operations to help ensure new clients can begin services quickly
- Track leads, referral relationships, activities, and new client starts through our CRM
- Develop a strong professional presence for Miracle Makers throughout the Main Line and Southeastern Pennsylvania
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships and turn those relationships into referrals.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or healthcare business development
- Has existing relationships within the Southeastern Pennsylvania healthcare or senior-care community
- Is comfortable walking into facilities, introducing themselves, and developing new relationships
- Understands private-pay home care and the needs of families making difficult care decisions
- Is persistent and disciplined with follow-up
- Is organized and capable of independently managing a sales territory
- Is comfortable being measured by leads, client starts, revenue, and overall territory growth
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Is willing to travel throughout the assigned territory
Territory
Primary focus will include Philadelphia’s Main Line and surrounding Southeastern Pennsylvania communities, including:
Ardmore Haverford Bryn Mawr Villanova Radnor Wayne Newtown Square Media Paoli Malvern and surrounding areas
Compensation & Growth
We want high performers to have meaningful earning potential.
Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience
Performance Bonuses: Additional compensation tied to new private-pay client starts, hours/revenue generated, and sustained growth.
Expected On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$125,000+
Exceptional performers will have opportunities for additional compensation and advancement as Miracle Makers continues expanding its private-pay division.
